1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders of $40 or more using code (SHIP40).

3. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and the small-batch process, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

6. Local Pickup

If you're local to Iowa, we occasionally offer free pickup options at select markets or events. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
